Facility Requests

To schedule a facility for a parish or ministry event, please click on the facility form in the right margin to download a Facilities Request form. To view a current schedule of facility bookings click here. Once you have completed the Facilities Request form, you can fax it to the Pastoral Center at (310) 319-9758 for processing.
