Care & Help

As a community of faith, we are called to care for one another in times of difficulty and crisis. In response to that call, St. Monica Catholic Community offers several Pastoral Care ministries whose purpose is to support fellow parishioners during stressful periods in their lives.

Some examples of these ministries include providing support regarding the loss of a loved one (Bereavement Ministry), information about social service and government organizations (Helping Hand Referral Line), solidarity with people struggling with illness (HIV-AIDS Ministry, St. Jude Auto-Immune Ministry), limited financial assistance and agency referrals (Hope at the Door), communion for the sick (Eucharistic Ministry to the Sick), support for people going through a separation or divorce (Phoenix Ministry), and peer support (Stephen Ministry).

Explore our Care & Help menu section for information on these ministries and more.
