The St. Jude Autoimmune and Chronic Illness Support Network is a monthly drop in support group for men and women diagnosed with an autoimmune or chronic illness.

Have you or a loved one been diagnosed with:

• Rheumatoid Arthritis?
• Lupus?
• Scleroderma?
• Hypothyroidism?
• Multiple Sclerosis?
• CFS or Fibromyalgia?
• ALS or Parkinson’s?
• Spondylitis?
• Diabetes?
• Or any other chronic Condition?

Then join us for education and support on the 1st Monday of the month at 5:30pm in the St. Monica Pastoral Center.
